How bookings, session data and cookies are handled at SW:ING Studio. Bookings and payments run through Foremost Golf, so the terms shown at checkout apply to the slot you take.
Terms and conditions.
Sessions are booked and paid for through Foremost Golf. The terms presented in that booking flow apply to the slot, alongside the studio conditions below.
- To move or cancel a session, ring 01639 722627. Give as much notice as you can: the studio is a single bay, so a late cancellation usually cannot be refilled.
- Sessions start at the booked time. Arriving late shortens the session rather than extending it.
- Clients play their own clubs. The studio is not responsible for wear, damage or fault found in equipment brought in.
- Junior sessions run in groups of four. A parent or guardian should be contactable for the duration.
- Group sessions are booked by one person on behalf of the group, and that person is responsible for the booking.
Privacy.
Every session in the studio is archived so it can be compared against the next one. That means swing measurements and video are held against your name.
- Session data covers launch monitor numbers, pressure and weight transfer traces, and video recorded during the session.
- It is kept so you and Stuart can compare, reference and benchmark progress across visits. It is not sold or shared.
- Booking details, payments and customer records are held in Foremost Golf, the platform the studio runs its diary on.
- Enquiries sent through this site reach Stuart directly and are used to answer the enquiry.
